Our Client Unilever Rotterdam is hiring an Artwork Production Specialist.
Functieomschrijving
Assisting the Artwork Process team with various duties including but not limited to:
Creating PPT presentations for training and education of our user community
Organizing documentation and storing in BLUE, our Artwork Management System
Organizing training sessions for users, booking meeting rooms and coordinating schedules
Maintaining user lists
Provide day to day help and support of the team with other activities related to AW Process and BLUE training as needed.
Functie-eisen
Able to work with culturally diverse team; good people skills
Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
Tech-savvy with excellent PPT design skills (not just basic PPT functionality but graphic design talent). Excel skills a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus but not required.
Able to take direction; quick learner
Task driven and willing to do activities that could be defined as tedious and time consuming
Gevraagd opleidingsniveau: minimaal WO.
