Business Development Manager ViaWork
ViaWork is part of Via Amsterdam, a young, dynamic and vibrant company ready to conquer the world. After experimenting a few years in the UK we entered the European mainland last year. We like it that much that this year our next initiative will be launched in Amsterdam. We are still hungry and have additional projects in the pipeline and more to follow. We do like many things, hotels, innovative office spaces, co-working labs, top-notch meeting hubs, youth community development, concept development, new things…..Currently we are looking for a Business Development Manager ViaWork to help us to launch and manage our co-working & office business. ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordination and preparation of the launch of ViaWorkBusiness developmentBuild and grow the ViaWork brand through events, public relations efforts & brand awarenessBe the voice of your local markets internally and partner with key functions such as finance, HR, sales marketing, and communications to grow the ViaWork communityHelp manage the P&L - member growth, occupancy, revenue & margins - managing budgetsBe ultimately responsible for health of community and experience of buildingsBuild a strong local brand through executing marketing campaigns (events, ad buys), in partnership with the Brand & Marketing teamBuild and manage high level relationships and partnerships within the marketAssist in developing and implementing strategic plans to deepen member relationships and in turn grow membershipAssist in establishing, monitoring, and engaging in improvement planning as a result of member feedbackCollaborate with other departments to execute, monitor, and tweak member experience programs for effectiveness to ensure a seamless member experienceAssist in developing and modelling a positive work environment where co-workers thrive and the organization achieves optimal resultsWork within partnership with Operations to develop F&B concepts elevating the member experienceManage day-to-day member needs and works to get to know member companies and develop meaningful relationships to provide them with the best resources and opportunities possibleCoordinate and run events and ongoing tailored programming, with the ability to assess outcomes, receive feedback, analyse methods and techniques, and participate in the ongoing development of events and programming

Job Requirements
You

Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality, startups, consulting or related experience with strong operational focusHave a Bachelor degree or higher in the field of Hospitality ManagementHave more than 3 years of experience in the dynamic world of co-working/office spaceSales tiger with succesfull track record in co-working/office space industryExperience managing sales and building high visibility brandsExperience in facilities management a plusPassion and understanding for entrepreneurial communitiesThrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detailStrong communication, organization and project management skillsDemonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic and
