Would you like to organize events, be part of a growing sales team and assist the Commercial Department for one of nicest Spanish hotel chain in Amsterdam?

Room Mate Hotels (www.room-matehotels.com) is a Spanish hotel chain that has 2 hotels in the Netherlands (Amsterdam and Rotterdam), as well as hotels in major cities in Spain, Italy, Turkey, Mexica and the USA. We believe that staying with a friend is the best way to travel and we want our guests to feel the same. We are growing fast, and will soon have a presence in most major cities.

Room Mate Aitana opened its door in august 2013 and counts 285 spacious, bright and luxurious rooms, meetings rooms, a ballroom, a gym, Lounge, a marina and host a restaurant with Spanish and mediterranean food in a modern jacket.

To strengthen our aweseome commercial team we are looking for our new Commercial Department Trainee per June 1st!

The Commercial department consists of three sub departments: Conference & Events, Proactive Sales and Group Reservations. As Commercial Trainee you will support departments.

The perfect candidate:

Is attending a MBO or HBO hotel school, Sales & Marketing education or Events education
Sufficient knowledge of the Dutch and English language is mandatory
Representative, proactive and motivated
Stress resistant and independent
Available for a minimum of 20 weeks, 5 days a week
Knowledge of Spanish would be helpful
A lot of enthusiasm

Job Requirements
