You as a Computer Vision Engineer will have the opportunity to develop and implement vision solutions that raise the level of animal health globally. You will use your domain expertise to address relevant challenges of global propositions. You will work in a small team of dedicated specialists that are on a mission to create and deployng new concepts into market fast.
Your responsibilities and duties includeDevelop state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms and models;Explore and implement advanced deep learning techniques for image processing and computer vision applications;Collaborate within a cross-functional team to integrate computer vision solutions into practical applications;Stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision research and apply them to solve complex problems;Analyze and evaluate the performance of computer vision models and propose enhancements for improved accuracy and efficiency;Preprocess and curate large datasets for training and evaluation purposes;Collaborate with software engineers to deploy computer vision models into production systemsJouw team

The Innovation team within Nedap Livestock Management identifies market opportunities and builds new concepts based on upcoming technologies. We test our hypotheses as quickly as possible by building prototypes to validate technical and business assumptions. Our efforts create the foundation for the next generation of our portfolio.

You have no problem working independently. As part of the Innovation team, you are doing a lot of pioneering, so self-reliance is important. You are good at going from concept to prototype. So thinking it out, being creative and being able to put it into practice. This also means that you can switch well between speed and quality depending on the issue. In addition, you have good communication skills to be able to communicate within the team, but also to find other colleagues within the organization.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the followingYou have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Computer Vision Engineer;You have a completed university education, preferably towards Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence (or other study with focus on computer vision, machine learning or image processing);You have experience in Python and deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch or KerasYou have knowledge of Neural Networks;You have practical experience with computer vision libraries, tools and frameworks (e.g. OpenCV)You are fluent in English and preferably also in Dutch

You are 32-38 available and live in the Netherlands. A hybrid form of working is possible.
