Do you have a background in marketing and/or sales? Do you like to do a little bit of everythingwithin the scope of online marketing? Interested in games? Then this position might be for you!As an online marketeer for the German market, you will be in charge of making sure that the sales are coming in daily, in a sustainable and ever growing manner. Your task is to find out the tricks that make all Germans tick. Your tasks include for example the following:Make sure that the website content is clear, well-structured, explanatory and communicates their unique selling points. Manage search engine marketing efforts to increase organic sales and to optimize ads/shopping campaigns. Make and send newsletters. Nurture their social media channels and improve the use of them. Find and collaborate with influencers and other parties that can help promote their brand. Analyze and improve based on customer feedback, Google Analytics data and customer surveys. Set up paid campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and/or YouTube. Improve the general awareness of the company brand with both paid and non-paid tactics.

What qualities do we wish that you have? You have a bachelors degree in marketing or communication. You are a native(-level) German speaker. You also need to be comfortable with working in English (company language). Any other language would be a plus. You have experience in or knowledge about digital marketing practices like SEA, SEO, conversion optimization, e-mail marketing and Social Media marketing. You are able to perform well individually, as well as in a team, You are a creative problem solver and dare to speak your mind as well as brainstorm with others to come up with appropriate solutions. You are an eager learner and not only ask questions but also reads up on the newestmarketing practices yourself. What can we offer?
