Located in Zeist and founded in 1995 as a globally operating wholesaler for electronic components and spare parts for the repair industry, the company is now well established in the Netherlands, Germany and France.

In this role as a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Manage all incoming questions of the French customers by phone and email;
Help and advise (potential) customers on their purchase;
Guide them in making the right choice for their situation, both B2B and B2C
Work on improving your customer satisfaction everyday;
Take initiative in signaling opportunities for improvement on the website and inventory, based on customer requests.

Who are you, as the perfect French speaking customer service representative?

You have at least MBO work and thinking level, or equivalent;
You empathize, and don’t panic under a high workload;
You speak and write French fluently (Dutch is a big plus!)
You have 0 – 2 years of working experience in a similar role;
You are available between 32 – 40 hours per week.
