Join our team at Nedap as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant (D365 CE Consultant) and be part of our journey in digital transformation!

As a D365 CE Consultant, you will be responsible for writing work items based on business requests and Microsoft releases, building functional changes and low-code flows and apps. You realize the roadmap by bridging the gap between technology and users.

As Nedap IT we aim to provide all business units within Nedap with an end to end business process platform in D365 that supports a best practice for both our hardware based products and our SaaS products. Currently, D365 CE supports marketing and sales and in the future a larger part of this end to end process will be supported and connected to D365 Finance & Operations to get full customer insights.

Responsibilities and workAnalyzing and translating business needs into customizations that fit the roadmap and stay close to standard functionality;Translating Microsoft innovations into ways to increase value for Nedap, for example by implementing Viva Sales or Sales Accelerator and Sales Insights for and with core users;Design and build forms and low-code Power Automate flows and Power Apps;Drive user adoption through training, support and documentation;Collaborate with the team and product owner to translate your functional designs into technical solutions in the D365 CE application and Power Platform;Daily user support

Jouw team

As a D365 CE Consultant, you will be part of a team supporting Nedap in the Sales, Marketing & Service domain. This application team consists of a product owner and consultants who collectively support and further develop Dynamics 365 CE and related applications. The Sales, Marketing & Service team falls within Nedap IT Application Teams, which together other teams with project managers, consultants and application managers also support the ERP and PLM domains.

You and your team are part of Nedap IT together with the Infra and Service Desk teams. Where the Infra team takes care of progressive IT and its maintenance, our Service Desk provides the support needed to let our users work optimally with the platforms for collaboration but also the systems that support our business processes. Together, we work daily on the optimal User Experience for our colleagues Nedap-wide and on an ultimate Customer Experience for Nedap customers.

Vereiste ervaringen en skills

You have a completed college or university degree and at least 2 years of experience on D365 CE at a Microsoft partner or you have worked at an organization using D365 CE. Furthermore, you have the ability to explain/transmit technical complex issues in a clear and inspiring way to managers, end users and technical colleagues. You also enjoy taking the lead in finding the right solution to a problem or question from our users.
Additionally, do you recognize yourself in the following?You have experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Hub (required);You have experience with D365 Marketing Hub and/or Field Service (preferred);You have an excellent command of the English language;You are enthusiastic about interacting with our users to help them get the most value from D365 CE and the Power platform

Good to know: We work hybrid. Working from home is certainly possible, but we also regularly work together in the office.
