The Duty Manager is responsible for and effectively manages all operational matters regarding guest satisfaction and brilliant service. and provides support to daily operations. The Duty Manager is responsible for achieving goals regarding guest satisfaction; in this role to initiate and coordinate activities in all operational departments and to stimulate collaboration between departments to ensure guest satisfaction. he of she acts as the day to day contact for hotel guests, replacing department heads in their absence and is responsible and act as head of first response team (BHV) in case of emergencies, in absence of General Manager.
The position is available for 4 or 5 days a week.
Job Requirements
Our perfect Duty Manager cadidate has over 3 years experience in the Hospitality Industry preferably in a Operations Leadership role.
The Duty Manager cadidate has the ability to listen well and participate.
The candidate is creative and is a problem solver.
The Duty Manager cadidate is flexible in working.
