Site supervision will be part of the job, to monitor construction activitiesYou are involved in checking construction packages made by external design contractorsThis assessment is based on the INEOS Project One Procedures and StandardsThe work packages will have to be checked for compliance, completeness and constructability. In this you will make use of your knowledge and expertiseWhere possible, you will propose alternative materials and / or working methodsYou will actively participate in internal and external meetingsYou will have contact with other departments within the Project One organization to ensure that the design meets the expectation of these departmentsSupport the Construction Manager SP&O for E&I electrical construction mattersManage parts of the E&I construction activitiesSupervise (sub) contractorsPrepare and issue permit to workPro-active in SHE mattersAssist SP&O Commercial team for electrical mattersAssist SHE department team in reviewing work method statements and risk analysis

Proactive work attitudeTeam playerWilling to work in a small, flexible and enthusiastic international teamA valid VCA VOL certificate and a good safety awarenessMinimum 10 years of work experience in the (petro-) chemical sectorClear experience in working in or with design contractorsStrong affinity with the execution of construction worksInclude your experience into practical designs and construction packagesGood understanding of English in speaking and writing and fluent in DutchCritical and sharp attitude to identify omissions in designEnthusiastic and goal-orientedStrong attitude to SHE
