CHALLENGE: You will get the opportunity to participate in change management, communication and training activities for an HR project, in which we will design and deploy a renewed process for managing Contingent Workers in our HR systems. This project will be implemented globally. Our aim is to improve our current HR processes and systems to meet the growing demand for an easier user-experience for hiring managers, more precise people data and integrated contingent worker management processes.
TASKS
Define a communication and training plan which supports the deployment of the renewed contingentworkers management processDevelop end-user training and communication materials and toolsDrive and support implementation and monitoring of the project’s change management,communication and training activitiesSupport deployment of training and communication to end-users, leveraging on-demand and onlinesolutionsAct as a focal point for the questions related to materials and activitiesÂ
