The very first hotel of Melia hotels and resorts in the Netherlands has opened on the 19th of April 2021! Innside Amsterdam has 328 hotelrooms, a restaurant and lobbybar, 3 creative meetingrooms, a Skybar on the 19th floor and a fitness studio. Curious about our concept?

What will I be doing?
As an INNSiDE F&B Manager you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals providing excellent service. You will oversee and manage the day to day and strategic operation of all F&B operations, be responsible for achieving the agreed F&B strategy and ensuring yield is maximized at all times. Furthermore, you know how to create a safe environment for employees where communication is open and where feedback can be given constructively. You get energy from supporting and developing your colleagues and to empower them in their role.

Innside Amsterdam has a skybar on the 19th floor (Cielo), a restaurant in the lobby (Tierra), 3 meetingrooms and 328 hotelrooms.

Who are we looking for?

Passionate and energetic individual
Previous experience in a similar role
Be creative and implement new ideas and procedures to improve guest and employee satisfaction
Speaks Dutch fluently
