Dit mooie en comfortabele schip is in 2020 volledig gerenoveerd en gemoderniseerd door de vorige eigenaar. Daarna heeft de huidige eigenaar, de huidige verkoper, in 2023 de boot laten voorzien van een volledig nieuwe Vetus 120 pk. turbodiesel motor. Tevens vernieuwing van vele essentiële motorische en elektrische voorzieningen. Naast vele andere zaken is ook een nieuwe luchtverwarming geplaatst, die alle ruimten van het schip heerlijk verwarmt in het voor-, het najaar en de winter, waardoor een aangenaam verblijf op de boot het gehele jaar door mogelijk is.
Van alle vernieuwingen zijn de originele facturen voorhanden, zodat de nieuwe eigenaar precies weet welke werkzaamheden hebben plaatsgevonden en hoeveel geld en moeite de huidige eigenaar in dit schip heeft geïnvesteerd.
In opdracht van de eerste eigenaar is in 1996 dit schip gebouwd, gebaseerd op ruimte en comfort door de Aqualux jachtwerf in de Nederlandse provincie Friesland.
Met een lengte van 10,5 meter en breedte van 3,5 meter, hoogte van 4 meter (door de neerklapbare beugel terug te brengen tot 3,20 meter) en diepgang van 1 meter onder de waterlijn, is dit een compact en toch ruim schip. De boot heeft 3 hutten, voor in totaal 6 personen en dat is eventueel uit te breiden met 2 extra slaapplaatsen door de keukentafel neer te laten. Bijna overal is de stahoogte in het schip meer dan 2 meter, hetgeen niet alleen comfort, maar ook een grote open en ruimtelijke beleving geeft.
Dit luxe schip voorziet ook in een aparte wc-ruimte (elektrische spoelinstallatie) en een aparte douche met een stahoogte van maar liefst 195 cm.
Bestuurd kan het schip worden in het stuurhuis, maar ook op de flybridge, op het bovendek dus. Daar is het uitzicht formidabel en naast de kapiteinsstoel zijn er zes zitplaatsen om gezellig met elkaar te genieten van het varen en de omgeving. Het contact met de natuur is buitengewoon sterk, ook omdat het motorgeluid op de flybridge bijna niet meer te horen is. Genieten met een grote G.
Het achterdek geeft zitruimte aan ongeveer 6 personen en is voorzien van een b.b.q. en een ladder naar het zwemdeck, met onderwater trapje (handig), aan de achterkant van het schip. Op het voordek kunnen twee volwassenen languit liggen op de op maat gemaakte ligmatrassen.
Het ruime schip is uitermate geschikt voor (lange) vaartochten met familie en vrienden. Op een geschikte plek het anker (elektrisch, met afstandsbediening) uitgooien en lekker een hele middag of avond ‘dobberen’, rond de boot zwemmen, wat eten (b.b.q.) en drinken is een optimale manier om te ontspannen en plezier te beleven op het water. Alle vernieuwingen en verbeteringen (voor ruim € 66.000,-) aan het schip zijn volledig gedocumenteerd en kunnen middels de aanwezige originele facturen aangetoond worden. Er geldt geen enkel bezwaar indien de koper(s) een technische keuring willen laten doen. Ook een uitgebreide proefvaart is mogelijk. Het schip, dat volledig vaarklaar is, wordt wegens persoonlijke omstandigheden verkocht.
