IT Director will be a new role in the Evondos group with the main objective to develop a modern IT environment for the entire Evondos group, including subsidiaries, and leading a team of internal and external system administrators and consultants. IT Director will lead and manage the company's Information Systems landscape on a strategic and tactical level. The position holder will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT strategy that aligns with the Evondos Group overall strategy and business, ensuring that our IT systems, policies and data are reliable, secure, and compliant with GDPR, ISO 27001, MDR, and ISO 13485 standards.

We are searching for a growth-minded IT professional who has several years of experience on IT and leadership, preferably in an international environment. The IT Director will show a hands-on approach together with the capabilities to look bigger picture. As our business expands globally, the role will grow with it. IT Director will work in Evondos offices in Helsinki, Salo or Den Haag with partial remote work possibility. Role requires occasional travelling in the Nordics and in the Netherlands. IT Director reports to the Head of Business Operations Development. Main responsibilities
Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the Evondos Group overall strategy and supports our fast-growing business and expansion plans globallyLead and coach the IT Operations team consisting of internal and external (outsourced) system administratorsEnsure that the company's IT systems and infrastructure are scalable and flexible to support the organization's growth and changing needsManage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, manage licenses and ensure that service level agreements are metEnsure the internal IT environment is aligned with the systems Evondos Group R&D develops for internal & external stakeholdersIdentify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance our IT systems and infrastructureSkills and knowledge we are looking forSeveral years of experience on IT management, including IT strategy development and hands-on implementation, preferably in an international environmentExperience of leading teams and working collaboratively with other departments and stakeholdersExtensive and up-to-date knowledge on different IT technologies, services and industry trends. Experience on IT service management and governance frameworks such as ITIL and COBITMS Azure & 365 experience. Business systems knowledge around SalesForce, Microsoft and/or Zendesk is a plusMSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish or Dutch.
