Variety of tasks This is what awaits you with us You will help shape the realignment of holistic quality management in a distributed, event-based IT and process architecture. You subject existing test structures to a critical evaluation, play a significant role in the development of new scalable test concepts and proactively carry the mindset for efficient quality assurance into the organization. You are one of the central interfaces for quality topics in the system landscape of the B2C organization and are the contact person for stakeholders. You develop and represent key quality requirements to implementation teams and act as a translator between business and development. You advise implementation projects in quality management and in the technical implementation of key quality requirements and coordinate external partners in the testing environment. Convincing profile You are a networking and communication talent, team player and enjoy challenges and taking responsibility? Then you've come to the right place You have a degree in IT-oriented studies or equivalent knowledge acquired through many years of relevant professional experience, for example in the environment of scalable software quality management. You bring several years of experience in the elaboration and implementation of test strategies at all levels of the test pyramid in the agile software development process (ideally with certification, for example, according to ISTQB). You can demonstrate relevant experience in building and operating test automation solutions in the cloud. Containerization and orchestration are no foreign words for you. You have a strong ability to independently prepare complex contexts as well as a high level of analytical and process thinking. You enjoy teamwork and bring experience in the coordination of team tasks and members. You have a high degree of initiative and self-organization and ideally have knowledge of the energy industry value chain (E2E).
