I have decided to sell my beautiful GRP classic. I bought the Marieholm a few years ago in Sweden. The Swedes have very short summers, after which the MS20AC was always well covered in the garden/barn of the two previous owners. Therefore the hull is absolutely healthy and the boat is in very good condition overall for its age.
I have sailed the boat a lot in Sweden, across Denmark, along the German coasts in the Baltic and North Seas in recent years. Now it is on the Ijsselmeer, in beautiful Hindeloopen.
I have invested a lot myself in the last few years. I had the engine overhauled and replaced all the impellers, seawater filters, etc. The engine is a 10 HP Volvo Penta, which is old but starts really well, has two circuit cooling and is easy to handle with the 1.3 ton boat. Super maneuverable. This makes the boat very seaworthy.
The spray hood and rods were redone by me 1.5 years ago. The cockpit is also part of the boat. Only a few years old, hardly ever used, only a few times by myself. So you have a 3 room boat with lots of space despite only being 6m long.
The MS20 AC has an aft cabin. There are 2 very comfortable berths, each approx. 1.90m long. With an insert, it is a really wide, comfortable area.
The two berths at the front are approx. 2.20m and 2.40m long respectively. There is also the original table that can be set up in the cockpit and in the cabin.
The hull needs polishing again this winter, otherwise I rebuilt the underwater hull last year with International with several coats of primer for a good antiflouling. The waterline still needs to be redone, I didn't manage to do it last year in Denmark. These are standard maintenance tasks, but otherwise the boat is in great shape and everything fits. Of course, due to its age, there are signs of wear everywhere. Windows are tight.
The sails are in used condition, but have always been enough for me on my tours. Still usable.
The boat is currently in beautiful Hindeloopen on the Ijsselmeer.
