Do you know how to write amazing vacancy texts, are you organized, do you get satisfaction from results and do you know how to reach the Polish labor market? Then you are the one we are looking for. We are immediately looking for a Marketing Employee for the Polish market.
We are the Job Investment Group, the nicest and widest player in employment services in the Netherlands. When you become our new colleague you will work in a young and dynamic team of 50 employees. We have an informal working atmosphere and a challenging environment where people work hard. It is not for nothing that we help dozens of people every week to a new job and we employ more than 1000 temporary employees.

As a marketing employee you are busy collecting reactions, likes, shares and followers of the content you have made within our Polish department every day. You are the most important person in our office when it comes to creating vacancy texts, newsletters, social media posts, direct mail or advertisements to recruit Polish employees.

Your content is not to be missed because it is funny, purposeful, attractive and interesting. You also know how to make it within a good pace. Your most important task is to ensure that as many Polish job seekers know where to find us. On average, we have 150 vacancies open, a nice challenge for you.

Yet only writing and creating content is not enough. You are actively looking for the right candidates by distributing the texts via the jobboards, social media channels and websites that you provide. This means boosting! Do you need a flashy advertisement in image or video? That is possible, but then you have to make it yourself! You decide what we have to invest in to recruit the right Polish candidates.

When you start with us, you get a really exciting job. Not only will we move to a new building in the short term and we will get a complete new house style that you can use to put this out in the Polish market. You can also join in on fun team outings at home and abroad and you earn a salary between € 2000, - and € 3000, - (depending on age and experience). In addition, you receive a travel allowance and we have a chance to receive further training.
