Arcadis is looking to hire a Senior Engineer to support the Productivity Services Sharing Services team, working as part of a global team.

As a Senior Engineer you will be joining the team focusing on all the tools and services used to collaborate like SharePoint, OneDrive and the Microsoft Power Platform. As part of the team, you’ll not only be supporting our existing services but investigating the new Microsoft 365 tools and services that are on the roadmap. Upcoming projects such as Multi-Geo implementation are exciting additions to the teams portfolio of services.

What You’ll Own: (Core Responsibilities)
Successful delivery, management and optimization of the global services related to the Productivity Services laneEnsures that appropriate solutions are developed and deployed to meet all agreed business requirementsAssist with products evaluation and -testing, research into emerging technologies and provides input to the tower strategies as requiredAssesses solution designs to determine usability; assure that only tested designs are recommended for acquisition / provisioningWorks directly with a managed services provider to collaborate on systems solutions and cooperate in providing support and management of the Productivity Services infrastructureEnsures that all Productivity Services systems are updated, secure, and performing optimallyExecutes the performance and capacity planning processes with relevant IT provider(s)Partners with internal teams and external providers in creation and delivery of future capabilities roadmapsAccess and reviews the infrastructure, providing risk assessments and opportunities for continuous improvementAssists internal and external staff to address incidents and problems. Is responsible for a direct follow-up with internal customers where appropriateMeets or outperforms SLAs and OLAs agreed with the business and internal IT support groupsWorks with the team to validate SLA metrics provided by external providers and ensures that those are correct. Recommends modifications for reporting purposes or data collectionPartners with security and compliance team to ensure alignment with Arcadis guidelines.
