What are my responsibilities?
Areas of responsibility include Rooms Operations, this will the main priority and focus of this position. Together with the General Manager you will monitor the development and implementation of departmental strategies in Rooms and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures that the Rooms operations meets the brand's target customer needs, ensures ambassador satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customer and property ambassadors and provides a return on investment.

Have a minimum of 4 years Rooms operations experience.
Preferred with at least 3 year of supervisory level experience.

Are available to work both weekdays, holidays and weekends in different shifts.
