Develops detailed daily plans for site activitiesGenerates progress reportsSets up Control Tower for daily site meetings with contractors, to manage critical interfaces, remove constraints, etc. – pro-active coordination is essentialDevelops action/risk/constraint tracking log; assigns each item a clear owner and monitors implementationRisk analyses with regard to progress and achievementsCreates/proposes schedules to solve hick-ups in order to meet delivery time
