The Product Information Specialists deliver extraordinary customer care by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries. They strive to make it easy to do business with us, solving customer issues, while celebrating their value to us. They act as consultants by recommending the right products and helping customers with design-in solutions.

What are theÂ responsibilities?

Deliver extraordinary customer experience on every interaction by evaluating, analyzing and resolving technical inquiries, providing product information, converting competitor product and identifying replacement and mating products for customers needsEnsure a thorough understanding of product needs through proactive communication with the customer that correctly resolves requests on the initial contactRecommend correct product for customer applications and help with design-in solutionsGrow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value - move inquiry to a sale by discussing purchase point, stock and availabilityOffer custom technical solutions that benefit the customerCommunicate via various channels such as telephone, email and chat with customers and internal support areas including production, sales, engineering, logistics and others as necessaryCommit to being part of the solution when faced with a challengeLiaise effectively with various internal business partners like engineering and sales to resolve Customer inquiries and requestsReact positively to changing business conditions by proving to be flexible and adaptable

What are your skills?

Technical Customer Support experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communicationDemonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourcefulnessEnergized by a desire to help and connect with peopleDemonstrated ability to maintain progress on multiple tasks, set priorities and manage time effectivelyBachelors Degree in Engineering or related field requiredAbility to work in a shift based environmentTeam player, critical thinker, self-motivated and proactive positive attitudeKnowledge in Microsoft Office is requiredFluent in written and spoken English and German
