Functieomschrijving

Your responsibilities in short:
Ø Developing , improving and problem solving of the total production process
Ø Responsible for quality and efficiency in the process
Ø Decision making concerning all matters do to the maintenance cycle
Ø Ensure safe working environments and develop safe working methods
Ø Increase competences and leading a team of enthusiastic people
Ø Leader and a role model, developing an inclusive and engaging culture
Ø Member of management team, Focus on progress, growth and advancement of the mill

Functie-eisen

Ø Relevant bachelor/ university degree
Ø 5 years of experience in leading positions in an production environment
Ø Structured and well organized working style
Ø Excellent communication skills and fluent in Dutch and English
Ø To be persistent, systematic and drive for results, gets things done
Ø Knowledge of steering maintenance activities in a production unit
Ø Technical understanding Business acumen and ability to lead with facts and numbers
Ø Change management and communication skills
