Are you looking to work full-time in production? If so, we have a great job at Zwanenberg in Oss! At our factory we are looking for hands-on workers who would like to help get the products to the supermarket!
As a Production Employee at Zwanenberg, you will be working in our factory in Oss. Together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues, you will contribute to a (food) safe product where quality is key. The work varies per department. For example, you could work in the soup sauce department, at the department producing sausages or packing and labeling products. There is an option for everyone!
Your tasks will include:
• You prepare, pack and label various products
• You check products for deviations
• You prepare the ingredients of soups and sauces
The factory works in 3 shifts with the following working hours:
You must be fully available for at least 2 of these shifts. And at least the morning shift. Half shifts (e.g. from 17:00) are not possible. The week starts on Sunday night and ends on Friday with the afternoon shift. So you are free on the weekends!
Waar ga je werken?
Zwanenberg is well known in Oss, oftentimes generations of a family have been working here for years. They produce soups, sauces, sausages and vegetarian products. The company is big, but you are not a number, everyone here is treated personally.
Wat vragen wij?
We do not require any work experience in production. However, you must be willing to work full-time. If you are a go-getter, motivated and reliable, this is sufficient to apply for the job. Standing for prolonged periods of time is not a problem for you. And you speak Dutch and/or English.
• A gross hourly wage of €14.40 per hour excluding shift allowance from age 18 onwards
• 1.57% ADV allowance on top of the hourly wage
• A shift bonus of 131.5% between 6pm and 6am, this will make the gross hourly wage €18.94 excluding ADV allowance!
• You will receive your salary every week
• 8.33% holiday allowance, 25 days of leave (on a full-time basis) and a travel allowance from 10 kilometres upwards
• Direct participation in our pension scheme if you are 21 years or older
