To strengthen its operational capabilities in the European Region we are looking for ZPMC Crane Upgrade Projects fo a projectmanager Crane Projects based in Rotterdam.
Job Description
As Projectmanager Crane Projects your main focus will be the executions of new and existing projects . That includes Upgrade, Modernization and Modification Projects of Cranes in the Port and Container handling industry. He/she will be responsible for all activities that are required to prepare an offer and for successful delivery of the contract scope on-time, within the budget and according to the agreed quality level.
Main tasks and responsibilities are:
Defining and monitoring of the detailed project planning and project budgets;
Assigning of sufficient resources and managing the project team;
Selecting the most suitable subcontractors and agree on required scope, quality and conditions;
Taking appropriate measures to obtain the required quality level;
Communication with the client at all required levels;
He/she will also have a roll during the Sales of Projects;
Obtaining required information from the customer and potential subcontractors to prepare an offer on time;
Preparing of offer letters and tender documents, including cost price calculations and preliminary planning.
Your office will be in Rotterdam and your work area is Europe.
Job Requirements
The Projectmanager Crane Projects we are looking for has:
MSc, BSc or similar, preferable with a Mechanical Engineering background.
Project Management qualification like IPMA is a pre.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with the operators and suppliers in the Port and Container handling industry is a pre;
Willing to travel and enjoys to work with different cultures.
Speaks and writes English and Dutch fluent.
