o Control the RMA TAT

4. Administration

o Report handling, test result and issue to departments

o Check the RMA status and reply

o Order (new) spare parts

o Control the RMA TAT and inform to customer

o Report the SD card credit information

o Make an invoice for FA sample

5. Sub-operation regarding RMA

o Handle and register the service buffer

o Stoc
