Manage the sales ordering and allocation processCoordinate and monitor that the order to delivery time is within targetBe a first tier contact to the network in regards of order status and deliveriesEnsure timely delivery of motorcycle registration documents.Proactively communicate with Country Managers to ensure dealer satisfaction is maintainedSupport the Finance department in the cash collection process where neededSupport the Marketing department at national/regional tradeshows where neede.Provide creative and effective input to help optimize current systems and procedures with the goal of increasing efficiencyProvide creative and effective input for sales- and marketing related campaigns and programs
Functie-eisen
Commercial MBO+ degree or proven experience in a sales- or customer service positionProficiency with computer applications, including Windows Word and Excel is a mustStrong communication skills. Professional English language skills, both verbal and written, is a must. Knowledge of the German languageOrganized, attention to detail and accuracyProficient administrative skills and multitaskerBoth strong team-player as independent workerNo-nonsense mentalityA wide degree of creativity, stress tolerance and latitude is expectedPassion for motorcycles and/or Electric Vehicles is a plusKnowledge of relevant applications such as ERP and Salesforce is preferred
