For the largest multinational technology company in the world, we are looking for a full-time sales support manager in Amsterdam. In the role of sales support manager you will work alongside partner management and G Suite retention and expansion sales teams to identify the opportunities within the market, and to find the best partners for the G Suite business.
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide the ultimate in client service by giving potential new customers the attention they need and deserveProspect for new clients and react to inbound customer requests. Support requests from Partners in the North of Europe and nearby countries with requests for pricing and configurations.Provide training and configuration resources and solutions to partners and customers; ensure they are established as successful.

Requirements
Relevant online or offline sales experience in collaboration software suites or similar (Box, Slack, MSFT 0365). Extremely proactive, organized, responsible, and proven ability to work well with a team.Strong communication skills and the ability to pitch a comprehensive G Suite over the telephone to high-end prospects and partners.Requirement to interact with and manage internal systems for approvals and generation of quotes.Proven technical ability customer-relationship management (CRM) systems (Salesforce).Fluency in written and spoken English + Dutch or Norwegian/SwedishLiving in the region of Amsterdam.
