Job Description
As an artist, you want to work on innovations that matter. You want to have the freedom to discover new things and push boundaries as part of a top-flight team. At Sticky Bandits, you can. Do you bring up awesome ideas, even when people didn't ask you to?
We're looking for a talented visual designer who has a strong and versatile portfolio. We believe a good digital designer is a sum of many parts and therefore we'll be looking for a candidate who shows an aptitude in all things design. This person will support our creative team with communication expressions for both print and digital platforms.
You'll be keen to keep up with the latest trends and news from the design community, and we expect you to have an active profile across design communities including Dribbble and Behance.
Job Requirements
Summary of your skills
Creative web layout skills demonstrated in a strong portfolio of work.
You like to discover new apps, gadgets and trends and learn how to use them.
Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submit them for approval.
Communicate with clients about layout and design.
Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop and Sketch.
Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Speak and write Dutch and/or English fluently.
Requirements
Creative web layout skills demonstrated in a strong portfolio of work.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the field.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Experience collaborating with developers to realize your creative ideas for interactive/digital based projects.
A true self-starter.
Fast learner who is keen to develop new skills and learn new techniques.
Interpret user and client feedback to enhance conceptual design work.
Has been involved with interactive experience design.
An understanding of the principles of good UI/UX design.
Comfortable presenting your ideas both internally to the team and directly to clients.
Agency experience preferred (freelancers with appropriate experience will be considered).
A strong eye for visual composition.

Your Cinema 4D experience is through the roof.
Animation & interaction design are two friends you'd have a beer with.
You know custom lettering like the back of your hand.
Your illustration skills are famous on Dribbble.
