Sr. SEA Specialist to join our European headquarters in Venlo, the Netherlands. The role is a?fulltime, permanent position?offering an excellent salary and benefits package. Your role as a Sr. SEA SpecialistAs a Senior SEA Specialist you'll be the daily go-to person for all other SEA team-members. (multiple Online Marketing Specialists and several SEA specialists with their own individual languages and country responsibilities).With your up-to-date SEA knowledge and experience you'll guide, inform and teach the other team-members everything about SEA. In the senior role you'll also be managing the Pay Per Click channels (both Bing/Yahoo and Google) and monitor the effectiveness on a day to day basis and report on progress and results.Next to that you will be able to execute and work within the Google and Bing tools (eg. Adwords and Google Analytics) on large scale accounts. Manage the channel and performance within the given budgets. Manage agency relationship (3rd party) and internal stakeholders to optimize the performance.
Develop an operational plan and budget for Search Engine Advertising channel, and, after approval and in line with the campaign strategy, ensure the implementationTranslate the marketing year plan into detailed campaigns for SEaThe development of custom-made trade promotions and give clear briefing to and able to execute.Monitor the progress and results of marketing campaigns and ensure cross-channel campaign integration and alignment, and report and use findings to improve the campaign planning and executionManage the relationship with all involved (internal and external) stakeholders and departments, develop the best possible structures to co-operate with internal as well as external marketing teams and other relevant partnersIdentify and develop new tools, instruments and campaign dashboards and improve existing ones that help in the execution, monitoring and/or reporting on the daily progress and evaluation of marketing campaigns. Want to automate campaigns to ensure roll out and monitoring of 1000+ campaigns at once for multiple markets and countriesCapable of creating and executing a complete campaign briefingOperational developing and managing the Search Engine Advertising channel
What do you need to be successful in this role
Higher vocational or Academic level of thinking and 4 - 6 years of relevant experience (Online Marketer, preferred on agency side)Expert in marketing and sales activities within SEA and able to execute on strategic, tactical and operational level on global large scale SEA accountsCustomer Focus; dedicated to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customersDrive for Results; can be counted on to exceed goals successfullyPlanning and project skills: Be on top of budgets and performances within the SEA channelExcellent communication skills and able to work proactive / self-directiveFluent knowledge of English, spoken and written. Other language skills (Dutch, German, Spanish, French and/or Italian) would be a distinct advantage
