On behalf of our customer, an International Organization in the The Hague (and later Amsterdam) region we are looking for an energetic Traffic-/Project Coordinator. This role is initially for the remainder of the year with a very likely long-term extension. You will start working in the The Hague region (till end 2019) and then move to Amsterdam from January 2020 onwards.
The role:
This specialist program is looking for a Traffic-/Project Coordinator to support the global deployment of an in house developed Modelling platform. The deployment project is ramping up this year to large scale roll-out in all the businesses in 2019/21.
An expected 50 deployment projects will result under the umbrella of the global program. 60+ locations worldwide; 3000+ professional subsurface users, many different stakeholders with a wide variety of needs.
Your main tasks:
Support the Program Manager, Deployment team and Management & Organization department with administrative activities
operate as the interface between the various departments in the The Hague area involved in the deployment
maintaining the user- and departmental portal in SharePoint
assist with the marketing and communication material. Organize and facilitate events and meetings
bring social cohesion to the different efforts/teams
work across all management layers from VP to work floor.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate:
An energetic person who values and promotes the social aspects of the work environment as much as the content
A self-starter who finds his/her own way in a complex organization
Proficient with SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Project Management is a plus
Perfect (near native) in English
Able to work across all management layers from VP to work floor.
