Job Description
At our Corporate Office in Amsterdam we are looking for a Trainee Brand Marketing from June 2018 to assist the Marketing team in day to day tasks and responsibilities. This role provides general support to the entire Marketing team and the Corporate Office in general.

Key tasks & responsibilitiesMaintain and manage the Marketing Project Calendar to ensure the Marketing team keeps focused and is aware and meets deadlinesCollate and communicate various Marketing Results Dashboards and reports on a monthly basis and regularly review content, functionality and purposeServe as the main point of contact for the hotels and suppliers when it comes to general marketing related enquiries and needsEffectively and professionally handle general enquiries, providing of content, logos, images etcServe as the office's main point of contact for advertising opportunities, brochure requests, catalogue listings etc.Be a true ambassador for the Corporate Marketing team by supporting and promoting the Corporate Marketing initiatives and programmes across EMEASupport Brand Marketing by ensuring all hotels and the Regional teams comply with all Brand Standards when it comes to offline and online marketing initiatives, printing, stationery etc.Provide marketing support by writing and translating copy where requiredAssist with collateral production and photo shoots where requiredDevelop and maintain master files with samples from all branded hotel items, amenities, giveaways etcDistribute news and developments from Park Plaza Hotels internally when and where relevantIdentify promotional opportunities for the company to drive incremental revenue or generate brand awarenessMaintain the Brand Image Library for the company to ensure the hotels are presented in the best possible wayAdministrative tasks such as business correspondence, printing and collateral stock management and mailingsActively participate in Sales, Marketing and Regional meetings where required and take minutes when appropriateOrganise Marketing meetings, take minutes and provide general assistance to the marketing teamGeneral support to the Corporate Office AmsterdamParticipate in trainings and meetings if / where applicableAssisting brand marketing executive in the day to day management of web shop.
