Mercurius is een prachtig woonschip uit 1922. Ze is 18,44 lang en 3,16 breed en heeft een diepgang van 0,90. Ze is geheel ingetimmerd en voorzien van technische installaties. Door de aanwezigheid van een generatorset, omvormer en voldoende opslagcapaciteit van accu's, brandstof en drinkwater is het schip onafhankelijk. De 18 ramen zorgen voor een plezierige, lichte binnenruimte en een direct uitzicht op het water. De entree is via de stuurhut met 2 mooie ( halve) houten deuren. Ook bevindt hier zich de entree naar het achterdek. De 6 ramen in de stuurhut zijn licht getint.
Vanuit de stuurhut is de toegang tot de 2 persoons-kooi (achteronder) met opbergruimte en de toegang tot de corridor naar de kajuit bereikbaar.
Vanuit de stuurhut naar de kajuit is een corridor en bevindt zich een slaapkamer zoals hierna beschreven, de aansluiting voor de wasmachine en droger en toegang tot de badkamer.
Vanuit de corridor komt u in een woonkamer met een open keuken. De keuken is simpel ingericht met 4 pits gaskookstel, afzuigkap en koelkast, diverse inbouwkastjes en een houten bar.
De woonkamer heeft een vaste bank en diverse opbergkastjes. De convectoren zijn weggewerkt in houten koven met sierroosters waardoor je de convectoren niet zichtbaar zijn. In de houten koven zit sfeerverlichting ingebouwd.
De badkamer is voorzien met een sanibroyeur, aparte douchecabine, kleine vaste wastafel en designradiator.
In het achteronder is een ruime, knusse, volledig ingetimmerde slaapkooi voor 2 personen. Naast de bedden zijn aan beide zijde opbergbakken.
De slaapkamer is nu ingericht met stapelbed. Voor een 2 persoons huishouden is deze ruimte simpel in te richten voor andere doeleinde.
De boot heeft inbouwspots wel dan niet met dimmers. De avonden en donkere uren zijn erg sfeervol.
Het schip is ingetimmerd met maranti en geïsoleerd met steenwol in de wanden.
De MERCURIUS met praktische afmetingen van 18,44 x 3,16 meter. Het schip hoeft niet te voldoen aan de nieuwe CvO regels.
De laatste werfbeurt was mei 2019. Het onderwaterschip is voorzien van alu-primer en antifouling en ze is geschilderd met Sikkens Rubbol Express High Gloss. Het laatste keuringrapport is van mei 2014.
De inrichting leent zich het best voor bewoning door een 1- of 2 persoonshuishouden. Wij hebben met ons gezin met 2 kleine kinderen en hond er hèèl veel woonplezier gehad.
Het woonschip is te bezichtigen in Zaandam.
Om teleurstellingen te voorkomen: De ligplaats maakt GEEN onderdeel uit van de MERCURIUS; ze wordt zonder ligplaats aangeboden. De verkoopprijs is k.k.

Mercury is a nice houseboat from 1922. It is 18.44 long and 3.16 wide and has a draft of 0.90.It is completely trimmed and equipped with technical installations. Due to the presence of a generator set, inverter and sufficient storage capacity of batteries, fuel and drinking water, the ship is independent. The 18 windows provide a pleasant, light interior and a direct view of the water. The entrance is via the wheelhouse with 2 beautiful (half) wooden doors. The entrance to the aft deck is also located here. The 6 windows in the wheelhouse are lightly tinted.
From the wheelhouse you can access the 2-person berth (at the bottom) with storage space and the access to the corridor to the cabin.
From the wheelhouse to the cabin is a corridor and there is a bedroom as described below, the connection for the washer and dryer and access to the bathroom.
From the corridor you enter a living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is simply furnished with a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood and fridge, various built-in cupboards and a wooden bar.
The living room has a fixed sofa and various storage cupboards. The convectors are concealed in wooden coves with decorative grilles so that the convectors are not visible. Atmospheric lighting is built into the wooden coves.
The bathroom is equipped with a sanibroyeur, separate shower cubicle, small washbasin and design radiator.
In the back is a spacious, cozy, fully dimmed sleeping cage for 2 people. In addition to the beds there are storage bins on both sides.
The bedroom is now furnished with bunk beds. For a 2-person household, this space is easy to set up for other purposes.
The boat has built-in spots with or without dimmers. The evenings and dark hours are very atmospheric.

The ship is boarded with maranti and insulated with rock wool in the walls.
The MERCURIUS with practical dimensions of 18.44 x 3.16 meters. The ship does not have to comply with the new CvO rules.

The last wharf was in May 2019. The underwater ship has aluminum primer and antifouling and is painted with Sikkens Rubbol Express High Gloss. The last inspection report is from May 2014.
The establishment is best suited for occupancy by a 1 or 2 person household. We have had a lot of living pleasure with our family with 2 small children and dog.

The houseboat can be viewed in Zaandam.

To avoid disappointment: The berth is NOT part of the MERCURIUS; it is offered without a berth. The selling price is k.k.
