The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the display and presentation of all products in and related to the Heineken Flagship Store. This entails setting up a structured approach to how and where merchandise is presented to the visitors. The aim is to improve sales and product placement and to collect customer insights. At the same time you are responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is presented in a coherent style that is in line with Heineken guidelines and the HEX Visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Structuralise the display and presentation of all merchandise
• Set up structured plan for displaying merchandise in Store;
• Take ownership of all in store displays and ensure Store personnel is aware of the display plan or visual identity.
Provide customer insights for sales improvement
• Create a comprehensive method for analysing or measuring success of various display methods;
• Analyse sales, in cooperation with Merchandise Manager;
• Research customer behaviour and potential use for HEX Flagship Store.
Unify and/or develop visual identity
• Ensure visual presentation in and around Store is uniform;
• Align visual identity with HEX Marketing and Heineken Global Brands team and create content;
• Initiate promotions or new brand activations in alignment with Merchandise Manager.
