World famous Yamaha showbike built by Danish custom builders The Wrenchmonkees for Yamaha Motor Europe to showcase thier YardBuilt programme.
The XJR was customised and modifed by The Wrenchmonkees without any cutting or welding to the frame and was launched at the 2015 BikeShed Show in Paris to celebrte the 20th Anniversary of the XJR1300.

The bike was built for Yamaha on a pre-production frame for show purposes. After one year of touring Europe at ket motorcycle shows it was returned to the Wrenchmonkees and rebuilt on a registered Yamaha XJR1300 frame. The Wrenchmonkees removed the EFI and replaced with Mikuni flat slide carbs at the same time for increased power and a higher rev range.
